Body Art – Tattoos
Body art is very broad term which includes ear piercing to a funky tattoo, painting or you can say everything related to skin decoration. Today there is a craze among college students especially to get a funky tattoo done. Having a body art done is a means to express themselves and their individuality.
Besides piercing and tattooing body painting is growing in popularity as a body art form. Body art painting treats human body as a blank canvas, and beautiful crafty colorful pictures are drawn on it. Although this artistry may not be your drawing room’s show case they are still splendid.
These days companies have employed a new marketing funda of using body painting as a form of advertising. Many advertisements showcase the models with company logos painted onto their bodies

Be it a sports day at school or cricket match in the country or going in discs beautiful body art, or painting is apparent. Fans many times express their love and compassion for their favorite team by painting the team mascot or writing their favorite team’s name.

Tattoos may be permanent or temporary. Heena or mehandi, sticker tattoo or that drawn from water colors is temporary tattoos. Permanent tattoos are much painful and costly too. Inspite of pain involved tattooing has been practiced by modern as well as tribes across the world. The procedure of making tattoos too sports a wide variety; in some cultures tattoos are formed from scaring and rubbing it with ashes or charring while pricking with thorns to insert dyes in others.

Celebrity Marissa Miller Body Painting
An American model Marisa Miller is most popular for her appearances in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issues. Here are included Marisa Miller Body Painting photos. Body Painting is a form of body art which is temporary painted onto the human skin. Sweden And Japan Body Painting
Venezuela recently hosted the 4th annual World Body Art Encounter (Encuentro mundial de arte corporal). Participating in the event were 32 artists from 16 different countries. After a kickoff in Caracas last Friday, the event will tour different parts of the country.By some accounts, body painting is a practice that dates back hundreds of years in Venezuela. The artist Penelope Rivera from Mexico said, “Venezuela is a country which has a lot of body art with ethnic characteristics, and I think we have to rescue them and integrate them into modern life.”

Emma Hack, the artist who created these breathtaking images, is a hairdresser, make-up artist and stylist. She's been painting bodies for 20 years - using both people and animals in her art.
Hack said the hardest part is having the model seamlessly blend into the wallpaper. Though most take around nine hours, she's been known to spend 19 hours creating some of her 3D works of art.
The idea for her exhibit 'body.art.08,' in which these images appeared, came when she saw a series of wallpaper samples from the 1930's by the Australian designer Florence Broadhurst.
Hack got started as a face painter and make-up artist 18 years ago before she decided to take on the whole body.
The 35-year old Hack, who is self-taught, lives in Adelaide, Australia.
